Hi!

My name is Jayla Kelis. The Founder and President of It's Not Nice To Be A Bully Organization. At the age of eight I wrote and illustrated my first Christian book entitled, "It's Not Nice To Be A Bully." At the age of nine, I started an anti-bullying organization to engage and help the youth. It was at a time when I had been bullied, and I didn't like it at all. Thanks to God and with the love and support of my family, I learn to be Jayla Kelis, MYSELF, no matter what! I made many of my dreams come true including becoming an entrepreneur and starting Jayla Kelis LLC, while also being an artist, author, illustrator, fashion designer, graphic designer, and model. I am looking forward to making many more of my dreams come true as I help the youth by creating and providing anti-bully events and programs. I choose to inspire, motivate, and encourage the youth to be the best they can be to regain self-confidence after being bullied or to stand strong against future bullying! Jayla Kelis It's Not Nice To Be A Bully Organization exists to encourage the youth to never give up on a dream and most importantly to always put God first to succeed. While always remembering to be true to yourself, because God made everyone unique in their own special way.

BULLYING IS UNACCEPTABLE!

There are many types of bullying. Physical Bullying-hitting, kicking, pushing, pinching, slapping, punching, spitting, hazing, inappropriate touching, or damaging property. Verbal Bullying- name calling, insults, teasing, racist remarks, verbal abuse, intimidation, inappropriate sexual comments. Cyber Bulling-includes using websites, social media, text messaging, other online platforms to intentionally harm someone.

BULLYING HURTS!

Results of when someone is bullied may make them feel angry, stressed, depressed, anxious, helpless, could effect school performance, insecure, lack of trust, in some cases there could be suicide. In addition, more health challenges can be develop such as mental illness, personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder.

YOUTH for ART (YFA) Is a program that provides professional artists that is highly skilled at teaching different art techniques to the youth. This program help educate the youth with visual & hands on skills. Teaching the youth to draw, paint, to do paper projects, and more. YOUTH for ART is not only a program to help teach about art. But to encourage the youth to feel confident while creating a fun positive friendly environment.
